Sebelum penghapusan video tersebut, pihak RCTI dan pihak TNI sudah memberikan pengumuman bahwa bagi para youtuber agar menghapus content tayangan yang dianggap para nitizen melecehkan merendahkan TNI tersebut.
Dalam pemberitahuannya pihak YouTube menganggap tayangan video tersebut menyalahi aturan dalam hal ini tayangan itu milik RCTI. Secara lengkap YouTube menulisnya seperti:
